Workflows work wonders

Aside from the alliteration, workflows do work wonders.

If you engage with tasks on a regular basis, then you need to develop workflows.

Once you have a workflow you can do so many good things with it.

For instance, you could:

  • Increase your productivity by knowing what to do when to do it and how to do it. Don't forget where and who.
  • Improve your consistency and accuracy.
  • Reduce errors and omissions.
  • Develop and refine it to make it better.
  • Adapt it for other tasks.
  • Share it with others.
  • Use it to teach others.
  • Turn it into an automated process.
  • Turn it into a product or service.
  • Free up time for more interesting or creative pursuits.

There are so many more things I'm sure, so feel free to add to the list.

What could you do or improve with a workflow?

I couldn't sustain my high productivity without my workflows. I love them.

All the best to you and yours
