I offer a range of carefully designed and high quality on-demand online "essential skills" training courses for you and your team(s). I offer powerful and transformative one to one coaching for key employees at all organisational levels. I specialise in turning around underperforming employees. I coach people, not positions. The more challenging the situation the happier I am. Think of me as the coach of last resort. I use a variety of challenging and disruptive coaching techniques, dynamic 121 training skills and psychometric instruments. I also provide the self-coaching skills and essential mindsets to enable the employees to build upon and sustain their self-generated results. It's all about encouraging and instilling total ownership, commitment to change and intentionally focused action.

I can be persuaded to speak or attend because it helps me promote and fund my passion project. I'll warn you now, I'm not a great traveller so it has to motivate me strongly if you need me to appear live. You've got far more chance of influencing me with an online offer.
