The Path to Self-Confidence 4-Step Strategy Model

Step 1 - Break The Cycle

Low self-confidence doesn’t come by itself. It brings a whole bunch of unwelcome guests to the party. There might well be stress, anxiety, fear, self-loathing, guilt, shame, negativity, sleeplessness, illness, loss of libido, confusion, loss of direction and who knows what else. You need to use tools & techniques to de-stress, take stock, gain clarity and perspective, envision and take full ownership of the issue. Your success starts right here and now.

Step 2 - Rewrite The Script

We humans deal with experiences by creating stories. You can write a better story for yourself. You need to understand the current story first then rewrite it. You will need to get right under the hood and down into the engine. Learn what you believe about yourself, others and the world and how this can impact on your life, thoughts, feelings and relationships. I highly recommend self-awareness tools, language analysis and powerful visualisation techniques here.

Step 3 - Take Positive Action

This stage is all about taking a series of specific positive actions carefully designed and selected to get you back on whatever track you want to be on in the minimum time and with maximum effect. Here you should definitely be learning to develop solid actionable plans. Seriously consider using more process driven goal strategies here. Work toward your bigger outcomes via a series of smaller steps to build confidence and a solid platform for success.

Step 4 - Future Proof

This final stage future-proofs you so you can keep that “take on the world vibe” going and never have to worry about low self-confidence again. Being more resilient and emotionally intelligent is the key here so look to research and develop both from a variety of sources. If you get all four stages right, you will literally be a different person from the one who started the journey. Who do you want to be? What’s the best model of you?
